I have an app that's been running very well on a Clients Terminal Services
set-up, and just yesterday we now cant run the app resulting in the above
error.

I believe that the permissions have been changed so the short-cuts
starting
the app cant find the 'Access 97 Runtime' directory. Though the client IT
claim the permissions are properly set.

The install was built and deployed with WISE 9 and we've never had a
problem
with any DLL's in the past.

Could there be some other reason the app would break in this way?
