Your A2007 upgrade will work fine on Windows XP or Windows Vista.
However, due to MS licensing issues you aren't allowed to install it
on Windows 2003 Terminal Server. You must purchase some kind of
volume license version of Access/Office 2007.
Using the A2007 runtime on TS might be away around this issue but I'm
not sure.
