It's not possible.

The runtime does not include spell checking: you must include an explicit
tool.

Typically helpful the MS Access runtime for 2003 doesn't seem to
include a spell checking facility.
Anyone know how to achieve this in a run time distributable application
without shelling out £60 for each user on the Microsoft Office
