After a blue screen crash, I now get the following error message inOutlook:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Unable to open Outlook windows. The
set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available...."with
I believe the answer is in the knowledge base at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822503/en-us, however, I have a problem
this answer. It refers to the Custom Installation Wizard to edit MSTfiles
(OK. I guess this means I have to try fix Outlook from a reinstall?) Thenit
refers to Change Office User Settings page (page 10 of 24). Huh? Do Ihave
to go through the first nine screens of the reinstall before I get here?My
outlook folders are NOT in the default directory -- I save them off to a
separate data disk. I assume that's why outlook won't open. Please help.
