The cost of "Upgrade" version is that you need a qualifying product to install
it.
They are written on the Office 97 package, briefly:
-All prev versions of Office or Works
-Borland Office, Corel Wordperfect, Lotus Smartsuite, Novell Perfect Office
-Word, Wordperfect, Wordstar, etc. Most spreadsheets.
-(databases) Access, Foxpro, dBase, Paradox, Filemaker, Dataease, Lotus
Approach, Oracle, Superbase, Symantec Q&A.
Works Suite 2002 post-dates Office97, so presumably it can't be an upgrade?
