For those that read this comment the solution was to ensure that you have a
default printer assigned. I have FinePrint (www.fineprint.com) as my default
printer which Access 2k3 did not like. Thanks to Duane Hookom for the much
need answer - see his comments in the microsoft.public.access.reports group.
