New 03 Install (from 2K) causing form problem.

I figured my own problem out!!
It's due to the Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8. Because
I'm on a company network, we prevent Windows Update from
automatically being installed on users' PCs. Once we
received the service pack, common functionality returned!
