pardon the last empty post.

I notice that in SysInternals FileMonitor that Winword.exe

1) first opens and closes the document file I am trying to
open
2) is trying to unsuccessfully open the file
c:\n32userl.dll. (This file does not exist in c:\ or in
c:\windows\system.)
3) again opens and closes the document file I am trying to
open

Is this a clue to someone?
