Please help,

I am running office 2003 and windows XP. When i try to
run a programme for my mobile phone (PIMS and File
Manager - Samsung) that has an access database, i get the
following message

"Unable to initialize DAO/Jet db engine"

Anyone any ideas. Samsung Customer service told me to
check out the following site

And download the Microsoft update for this Windows issue,
this should stop the error message.

But no joy.
