I had a similar problem a while ago - turned out the user hadn't unzipped
the file from the archive (whatever zip software they had allowed them to
view and open the mdb in the archive without completely unzipping it). Once
they unzipped the mdb to a folder everything worked fine. You *might* be
having the same problem?
