Doug,
I have tried everything i possibly can and this still won't work and
I have no idea why.
Possibly the most frustrating thing within Access that I have
encountered Any other ideas?

I cannot remember where I found this, but it worked for me:
Make a txt file, put in it:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Access\Security]
"Level"=dword:00000001
then save it as AccessFix.reg (name it what you want...just needs
.reg extension)
Run it
Or, you can manually go through registry to add that yourself
Should have that gone!

Tools, Macro, Security and set it to low. If Security isn't
available in the Macro menu then reset your menubar.
