Security on shared drive?

Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hi,
I have created a database where I have secured it and the security Wizard
has placed the database on my desktop...
But I created this on a shared drive and i can access it on my PC but my
colleagues can not access it from their PC...
So what I tried doing was to copy the shortcut that was on my desktop to the
Shared drive...but its still not working.
L drive is the shared drive.
This is the target:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSACCESS.EXE"
"L:\CSD\egdb\Personnel Vetting Database\Copy of Personnel Vetting Database
Project.mdb" /WRKGRP "L:\CSD\egdb\Personnel Vetting Database\Security1.mdw"

Thanks in advance.
