Wow! Just got back from a meeting of the minds with my co-worker and we
figured it out. Lynn, you were on the right track. As it turns out, he has
Office 2003, but almost everybody else who uses the database has Office 2002.
The target for the icon was referencing a folder with 2003, so it didn't work
for users who still had 2002. All we had to do was right click on the
shortcut icon and change the target in its properties. Thanks for your help,
everybody!
