There are two ways to stop the prompting. You can remove the password from the
Admin user. Of course doing this will cause all attempts to open the file to do
so AS the Admin user so you won't be able to get in unless you grant rights to
the Admin user in which case your file is no longer secured.
Better is to create a shortcut that you use for opening this particular file.
In that shortcut you can specify your secure workgroup file (this allows you to
leave your default as System.mdw), as well as the account name and password that
you normally use. Then the file will open without a prompt.
