No read definitions/permissions

Hi there, I have tried finding some answers in the posts but they are either
over my head or not quite what I needed, could you please help? My db was
created by me, then backed up by me on a disk and reinstalled onto a new
computer. Before the move, I did the security wizard along with some manual
tweaks, and also copied the workgroup info onto the new computer. Everything
has been running fine, except that when I recopied it I lost the password
entry for users and database password. Today I tried redoing the security
manually, and in resetting the users and groups, I somehow locked myself out.
I was in Admin when making the changes, but not in exclusive mode. Now I
cannot make any changes, copies, anything, to certain tables, and the
Open/Run checkbox is unaccessable, under any user. The other thing is that
even though I set up new users, the db is not prompting for a password- I
always get the messages "Could not read definitions..." or "No read
definitions or permissions.." Have I royally screwed myself and locked myself
out of Admin? Thanks so much in advance!PS- This database is generally used
only by me (Long story why I need users/groups) and is not on a server, nor
ever has been.
