Security Event log

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I am trying to track event 644 account lock out for a domain. I have set all
the auditing but the events are not being logged to the event log. Does
anyone have an idea how I can troubleshoot this.
