If not using your workgroup allows users to bypass your security, then you
probably haven't applied security properly. Reread the Access Security
Whitepaper at
http://support.microsoft.com/support/access/content/secfaq.asp and make sure
you haven't missed any of the steps. A common mistake is forgetting to
remove the Admin user from the Admins group.
