I found out the problem. Somehow I didn't assign "Write" permission to other
people on the back-end file!!! Dugh...What a mistake!
Anyhow, thanks for your help so much! As far as that MS link you sent me,
I've read it a couple times and to be honest, it's quite confusing. I got an
"Access for Dummies" book and their instructions are much better in terms of
explaining what's going on and which steps to take first etc.
