Resolved...

It's ok. I think I had left the workgroup account somehow when trying to
create other user types. I just re-joined from the Tools/Security/Workgroups
menu and typed in my normal password for the system when I log on to windows
and network when I start my computer and it resolved itself. Can use access
again.

How did it happen though?
