All the clients are locked out.

Hi all,
Until yesterday I an unsecured MS Access database and
everybody was able to submit their information through the
data access pages.
This morning I set some permissions and defined
user/groups...now everybody is locked out.
I have 3 copies of MS Access, and I want 3 users to be
able to see the desing and the rest of the employees to be
able to input data.
How?
Please suggest.
