When exporting objects from a secured database to an unsecured database, is
it necessary to also export the MSysObjects, MSysACEs, MSysModules,
MSysQueries, MSysRelationships tables?

Do the security features from the secured database transfer into the new
unsecured database?

The destination database is unsecured and has no workgroup security features
set, as did the source database. I have de-secured the source database, I
am just taking an other step and exporting all objects. The source and
destination databases are both setup as a FE/BE, and I do know for sure I
have properly de-secured the backend.

Thanks again for your assistance.
