Assuming these other network databases are currently not secure, you would
join the workgroup file used to secure the one database and then secure the
rest of them.

You join a workgroup by using the workgroup administrator (in 2002/2003 it's
in Tools, Security, Workgroup Administrator; prior versions you go to Start,
Run, and wrkgadm.exe).
