Based on different information from a remote site that arrives regularly
every week, I prepare (using ACCESS 2007) notes on specific but different
events for persons (which change each week). Is there a way to send the
individual message automatically to the proper email-addressees? Right
now
I am creating the message with the email address of each individual at the
top of the message, sending all the messages to one WORD file, then
Copying
each individual message to an OUTLOOK message, putting the Email address
into
the TO space and hitting SEND. For 5 or so messages this isn't too bad.
When the number of individual messages gets to be 10 and up, it is
tedious.
Also I do something similar for 3 other sets of data from remote sites.
What I am interested in is having ACCESS create the email messages and
send
them all in one report - sort of just hitting the "RUN" key.

Here is a sample scenario:
WEEK 1
Recipient 1
"Your observations of Target 1 from Cycle 2 are ready for download"
Recipient 2
"Your observations of Target 3 from Cycle 4 are ready for download"
Recipient 3
"Your observations of Target 4 from Cycle 1 are ready for download"
WEEK 2
Recipient 4
"Your observations of Target 6 from Cycle 5 are ready for download"
Recipient 5
"Your observations of Target 1 from Cycle 3 are ready for download"
Recipient 6
"Your observations of Target 5 from Cycle 3 are ready for download"
