Re: checkboxes

If you are exporting to Word, the graphical elements will disappear.

Provided you don't need to actually edit it, you could export to a PDF instead. Access 2007 can do that if you install this add-on:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4D951911-3E7E-4AE6-B059-A2E79ED87041&displaylang=en

Alternatively, there are add-ins for earlier versions such as:
http://www.lebans.com/reporttopdf.htm

The other option is to export a snapshot (again, not editable.)

I switched to another printer and it worked perfectly thank you.
I cannot, however, get the logo to appear. I am currently reprinting the
receipt in word adding the logo. Someone suggested saving it as a picture
(not sure how to do this). When I click on the logo I get a message that
says: This is an imported picture, not a group. Do you want to convert it
to a microsoft office drawing object.
It would make my life so much easier if I could have the logo print directly
on the receipts in one process.

I have a donations table and want to make donation receipts. I made a report
with cash, cheque or gift checkboxes. The correct box is checked when I run
the report but both the checkmark and the box disappears when I print the
report. I set it up as a form but the same resulted.

Also, since we are on the subject. I cannot get our company logo to appear
on the report. I have to print it twice, once in word and then the access
report.
