Hello Duane Hookom,
Let's keep it simple for the moment, can you advise on doing a query please.
The way I usually respond/comprehend to instructions is through a set of
click this button (add the data or define what I need to define) click the
next button (format or define or data entery) Click the next button etc. etc.
until the 5,6,7 or 8 step proceedure is completed then click print.
Do you think you could explain a query in this manner for me?
It's all so binary I know but that's the way I work at the begining.
I look foward to your response,

"Has anyone got a set of instructions?" How about finding a decent book or.
on-line tutorial on Access ;-) Do you know how to create a report? How about
a query? How far have you made it so far? We have no idea where your skills
are.

I want a set of instructions that will allow me to produce a simple 4 field
report with the main (reference field) being the date.
At the begining of each month I want to see who I need to call in that
calandar month.
Has anyone got a set of instructions?
