Re: lebans.com/ReportUtilities.htm

The ReportUtilities Web page contains versions for A97, A2K and A2002. You
can use the 2K or 2K2 versions without converting.

The error you describe is seen when you are either:
1) Trying to convert the MDB without first saving the ZIP archive to disk.
2) Converting an A97 MDB directly to A2003.

Error Message: You are trying to read only database. You must be able to
write changes to the databes. .... Your license must have expired.
Checked properties, it's not set to Read Only.
I do not have A97 installed, but can if needed. I have A2003.

What happens when you try to convert it?

I think the above utility would solve my export problem to Word. However,
we are working in A2003, and the download seems to be for A97 only - it
won't allow me to convert. Is there an updated version available.
My problem, the file transfer to word trunctuates text and memo fields
and some labels. I understand from reading this newgroup that this is a
problem, and that the above utility may resolve it.
Thanks for any advise.
