Then your choices seem to be
--Require printers that will handle the margins you have specified if they
want to use your application
--design the report to mimic the preprinted form and get authorization to
have the larger margins.
--get the form redesigned

because i have to print some data...in the printed paper...and it has
box in the paper..exactly i have to print in that box.
and the printed paper..coming from other source..not from

You will find VERY FEW printers that will support those margins (at least
that
bottom setting for sure). Why can't you change them? If you are trying
to
mimic an existing paper document then you have to consign yourself to the
fact
that exact matching is not always a realistic goal.
Exactly why do you need to go that close to the edge of the page?
