Yes, it is Access 2003 with SP1 running on Windows XP SP2
I saw A2003 SP1 hotfix and I think that it only solves issues of Word and
Powerpoint.
Another strange thing is that I upgrade to Access SP1 much time ago and this
problem began last week.
