Are you saying you have a query that joins tables together, and that your
report is based on that query? I don't understand how you have a table with
"links to other tables"?

I'm also not clear if you and I mean the same thing by "duplicated records".
Some queries can return rows that have many fields in common, with only one
field different per row. This would not, in my definition, be "duplicated".
Are you saying you have multiple copies of identical rows (all fields
duplicated)?
