SnagIt by Techsmith www.snagit.com has the ability to set up SnagIt as a
printer. This is like printing to a high end PaintBrush or other graphics
program. You can then save the output to many different graphic formats. The
program is ultra cheap considering the functionality it provides. It also
can capture screen "movies".
