Is there a chance you have an unpatched copy of (hmmm, I think it was)
Access 2000? There was a known bug that interfered with report
definitions -- the interim solution was to go to Tools | Options, General
tab, and uncheck "Track Name Autocorrect".

Are you using the same printer every time?
