I have Access 2000 and Windows XP. When I click on the preview button for
any report, the size of the window is always too small to see much of the
report and always has to be manually resized, stretched. On some computers
running XP I notice that the preview size of a report the window is about
50% and portrait. On mine it seems to be 100% and landscape but squashed so
that I cannot see more than the first few lines of my report.
Is there a setting where I can either have all windows of reports appear the
size I last used, or can I hard-code it in somewhere or is it in the
options? I may just be missing something. Ideally I would like it to show a
window size of 100% and whilst I do not want it maximized and filing the
whole screen, I want it to fill the screen sufficiently so I do not have to
stretch it each time I run a report.
