XcelSoft,
Access doesn't include PDF as one of the native export formats. You
need to have a PDF writer. This is a programme that acts like a printer
driver. There are plenty around, cheap or free. I use PDF995 myself.
Then you can print the report to the PDF writer, which will output the
report to a .pdf file, and then you can attach this file to your email.
