Conflict resolution window no longer opens

I have been synchronizing the Design Master with one replica for months
now, with conflicts and the option to resolve them. However, the last
time I synchronized, it asked me if I wanted to resolve conflicts and I
chose "yes" and the Conflict Resolution window no longer pops up. I'm
having that problem with both the Master and the replica. As suggested
in Help, I ran the sync again and it
did not fix the problem. When I emailed the replica to a user, she was
able to view and resolve the conflicts. I have run a "repair database"
but that didn't help. Can anyone help? Thank you.
