Replication Manager running multiple Databases

On a Windows 2003 server, I have a RM doing indirect Internet replication
between a replica farm (4 Hubs) and several remote client replicas.
I am using a workgroup file to protect the database.

Now I want set up the same scenario for another customer database, but are
uncertan how to set up multiple synchronizers.

Any hint or article to guide me, are more than welcome.
