Well, if you didn't use a separate installer, it can be removed by
checking out the files in the Replication Manager folder, which in a
standard ReplMan installation is under %Programs%\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Replication Manager XX\, where XX is the
version.
You need to cross-check any DLLs there to see if they are
registered, and unregister them if you're removing it. But also keep
in mind that you may have copies of the DLLs in the %SYSTEM% folder,
and you'll need to check those, too, and unregister them and remove
them.
There may also be shortcuts on the desktop and the Start Menu, but
that depends on how your installer set it up.
I have always used a separate installer to get ReplMan onto
machines, and that makes it really easy to remove it. I'm pretty
sure all the MS installer tools of whatever generation allow you to
chain installers, so it should be the kind of thing that isn't hard
to do.
