As long as the replica's do connect to each other via a network, yep that's
how it's done.

Hi, It's the first time I've attempted this and I'd like to know that I'm
doing it right.

Using Access 2003

Design master split into front End & Back End.

Replicas 1,2,3,etc which will be on laptops not connected to 'net.

Button on menu toolbar from Tools/Replication/Synchronise

The laptops will be out of the office and inputting data

They'll come back to office daily and synchronise individually up to Design
master

Next morning they'll be synchronised individually from design master to
Replicas 1,2,3,etc.

Will there be any problems with this scenario?

If I convert it to an application will there be any new problems?

Thanks for any and all advice.
