Moving a flash stick between computers is seen by the computers
exactly the same as if you emailed the file or moved it via CD. See
http://www.trigeminal.com/usenet/usenet009.asp for reasons why this
practice will eventually lead to database corruption.

Replication requires a connection such as LAN, WAN, internet, or
dialup.
