Replication Conflict View Error

I have a database with 3 replicas. I am getting a replication conflict when I open the program. However, when I attempt to the resolve the conflicts, the table list box in the Replication Conflict View form only states <No conflict tables>. How can I clear the form when opening the program since there are no conflicts? Thanks
