Replication Manager / Doc Watson error

I haven't posted any questions here for a long time because things have mostly been working. Recently however, one of our synchronization servers at one of our sites throws a Doctor Watson error within one minute of starting replication manager. The error is as follows:

"The application, mstran35.dbg, generated an application error The error occurred on 2/24/2004 @ 15:46:37.613 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 04006a86 (Ordinal145)"

After the error occurs the synchronizer stops. Does anyone know anything we can do to solve this problem? Thanks.
