Internet Replication - HELP

Hi

I try to make the Internet replication on the corporate Intranet (to make it
later on the WAN), but have no success.
I follow the instruction of both: IIS configuration and Replication Manager.
I created Design Master, Master Hub, Anonymous Replica, but when
synchronizing have a message:

"Internet Synchronizer exited unexpectedly on the server. Look at the
partner replica exchange history on the internet server to figure out the
problem."

What is wrong and how can I fix this problem?
