On a COPY of your database (or make a backup copy)
-- Open the "Master" Database in design view
-- Select File: Get External data: Import from the menu
-- In the File dialog, find and select the second database
-- Click Import
-- Select the objects you want to import. If there are duplicate names
between the source and the destination, the newly imported objects will
have a number appended to the name
-- Click on Options button and select the options you want there - such as
import relationships
-- Click the OK button
