RE: Turnover query

Hi Mark,

I just sent you an e-mail with the database. Thank you so much for offering
to help! I'm somewhat new at Access and haven't quite figured it all out.
Thank you again!

Hi Everyone!

I'm having quite the time putting together a turnover query, and am on my
second attempt. Right now I have three tables:
tblInsurance
InsuranceNumber (PrimaryKey)
InsuranceName

tblAccountsReceivable
ARID (PrimaryKey)
ARDate
InsuranceNumber
AccountsReceivable

tblCharges
ChargeID (PrimaryKey)
ChargeDate
InsuranceNumber
Charge

Then I have the following query:
qry1
InsuranceNumber
InsuranceName
ARDate
AccountsReceivable
ChargeDate
Charge

The tables are linked by InsuranceNumber. ARDate and ChargeDate are also
linked.

What I need is a way for my user to enter a beginning date, such as
12/1/2006, and then a report which calculates the turnover for the current
month and the previous eleven. Turnover is: (Current month Accounts
Receivable) / ((Current month and previous five months Charges)/182.5)

If anyone has any ideas of even a direction to pursue it would be much
appreciated. I'm just pretty stuck. Thank you!

Tandy
