I have a few friends who are having some trouble with MSN Messenger. They
have a clicked on links in other's friends' messages saying "Find out
who's
blocking you on MSN" and have now got the same message appearing in their
other conversations.

I guess this is a process somewhere in XP that needs to be stopped so the
file can be removed from somewhere on the computer.

Can anybody help?
