Twice in the past 3 months I have received "ALERTS" stating that a technical
error has occurred and they need all of my personal information or I will be
deleted from msn.com; Each time my junk mail filter has rendered this to the
junk file. They say it is from microsoft.net. There is something very
believable yet extremely worrisome about these e-mails.

Can you please find out who these people are? I have checked my information
on line and found it to be correct and up to date. Are they trying to steal
mine and others identity? I should think for the sake of all of your
customers this would be a major item of concern.
