Current Year criteria

Hi folks,

Am trying to create a query to retrieve records using the current year from
a date field. I need to have it pick up the current year from the computer.
Something to do with a Between and Date()

Just to make things worse, I have a start date and an end date field, but
hopefully once I get the first criteria I can adapt it.

Any help folks?
