Hello,

I have a table which has one field containing three letter codes that stand
for a credit amount.I want to create a select query that would identify some
code from others. These codes are text but i am confused how to obtain
separate totals to stand for the sum of two columns...for example....sum
=credit given and the other would be something like sum =denied
credit.Should i go back to the tbl design and input an identifier such as a
number like (RSD1) for some codes.Would the query select it and sum it
according to identifier??Please help....
