Have you tried "Remove Filter/Sort" from the pop-up menu & then save
the query. Then open the query & see if the Export feature can work.
If it can then try filtering by form & try the Export feature again.
If that doesn't work you may wish to compact the Access file.

My reasoning is that there are a lot of temporary queries/filter
criterias in temp memory & that is causing the Export feature to fail.
  By removing the filter/sort and/or compacting the file will remove
all these temp things.
