Send objects Asian scripts error????

Hi Guys,
I have created a application based on ms access. It send e-mails to other
dept with at attach in xls format.

This works fine with english laungage however when i enter data in Asian
Laungage (e.g Chinese) the attached xls format gives out put as ?????.

Can someone help me with this?
