There is a generic concatenate function with sample usage at
http://www.rogersaccesslibrary.com/OtherLibraries.asp#Hookom,Duane.
You could use it in your query by making it a totals query and grouping by
most fields and concatenating the IN_NAME field.

I have a query that works now what I need it to do is if two people occupy
the same "IN_CELLDRM" I only want the cell to show up once on the form or
report but show both names in the name field. Can this be done.

Current Query....
SELECT tblRHUInmtinfo.IN_INMNUM, tblRHUInmtinfo.IN_NAME,
tblRHUInmtinfo.IN_RACE, tblRHUInmtinfo.IN_SECTION,
tblRHUInmtinfo.IN_CELLDRM,
tblRHUInmtinfo.BSCB, tblInspection.DATE, tblInspection.TIME,
tblInspection.BARS, tblInspection.W_S, tblInspection.A_VENTS,
tblInspection.W_C_F, tblInspection.PF_C, tblInspection.EF_C,
tblInspection.CF, tblInspection.D_F_W_L, tblInspection.B_M_F,
tblInspection.STAFF, tblInspection.Comment
FROM tblRHUInmtinfo LEFT JOIN tblInspection ON tblRHUInmtinfo.BSCB =
tblInspection.BSCB
WHERE (((tblRHUInmtinfo.BSCB) Like "*" & [Enter Pod:] & "*"));
